Before and After lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to improve the appearance of undereye bags and tear troughs. A hidden incision is used on the inside of the eyelid (transconjunctival) to mobilize lower eyelid fat, which is then repositioned lower in the cheek to an area of hollowing (tear troughs) to create a smooth lid-cheek contour. She also underwent a DCF Rhinoplasty and alarplasty with Dr .Yoo.

Lower Blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery) can soften under-eye bags and puffiness so you look more rested. Board-certified, fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon Dr. Donald B. Yoo often works through a hidden incision inside the eyelid, gently repositioning fat into hollow tear troughs to create a smoother lid-to-cheek contour while preserving volume. Most patients feel that it about two weeks to heal and return to feeling like yourself – minus the eye bags. Learn more about Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Yoo
