Temporalis fascia

\ tem-pə-ˈrā-ˌləs ˈfā-sh(ē-)ə \

Most common fascia used in DCF technique. The scar to obtain the fascia can be hidden in the hair, as well as being the thinnest option with the lowest donor site morbidity. The fascia acts as a vessel to transport the cartilage to the right site of the nose, with the correct shape.
