Columellar show/Columella show

\ käl-yə-ˈme-lər ˈshō \

Also referred to as a 'hanging columella'. Typically when more than 4mm of the nostril is visible on a side/profile view. This can happen due to a naturally long septum pushing the columella downward, or from previous rhinoplasty.
